Delivery of Goods, Returns & Refunds Policies Delivery Please allow 7-14 days for delivery of your order within the UK, 14-21 days for delivery to Europe, or 21-28 days for the rest of the World. If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order for any reason within these timeframes, or we encounter difficulties in processing your order, any monies deducted from your credit card / debit card or other method of payment will be returned accordance with our refunds policy (see below). Every effort will be made to deliver your order in premium condition. However if you are unhappy with your order, in accordance with the terms stated in our returns policy (see below), we will be happy to replace any item or offer a full or partial refund. If you have any questions regarding our delivery policy please get in touch at info@monstercolors.com Returns If you have received goods from Monstercolors that you deem to be faulty or otherwise unacceptable please contact us at info@monstercolors.com to arrange a return. When returning any items please indicate the reason for your return and include a printed paper version of your order confirmation email. Please ensure that you wrap the returning package securely and that you send all returns by recorded delivery only. The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item that is returned will be £2.00. We will replace damaged items with the same item where possible, or refund back to a credit or debit card if the item is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from the receipt of the posted goods. Please post returns to the following address: Refunds You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. We will refund your credit / debit card once we have received and processed the returned item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of an our error on our part. Unfortunately we cannot return or exchange any items unless they are damaged or the wrong item is delivered in the first instance.
