You can exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 7 days of the original purchase, or we can give you a total refund on your purchase (IMPORTANT THE REFUND WILL BE FOR THE GOODS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED).
FOR YOU WE CAN DEDUCT THE MONEYS INCURED FOR THE RETRIEVAL SHIPPING COSTS OF YOUR GOODS, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ORAGANISE TO HAVE THEM RETURNED TO US 'MONSTERCOLORS' BY THE ORIGINAL MANNER THAT THEY WERE SENT COURIER). Just return the item to us as new (Important the item must be unused and in its original condition) in its original packaging, labels and the receipt. All the Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you.
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labeling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Monstercolors will only pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.

Yes. You can make orders by post, all you have to do is send us a printed copy of your order form the shopping cart on our site, along with your preferred method of payment. Full name address and telephone number (Important if sending money by post, we strongly advise you to only do so by Royal Mails 'special delivery service'. Monstercolors will not except responsibility of any lost payments in transit).

UK orders are sent out within 1-2 working days on some special occasions it can take longer, but that's the exception to the rule. We highly recommend that if your paint order has NOT arrived with in 3 working days of receiving your dispatched email you should phone our sales staff immediately on: +44 (0) 1360 31 3000.
We are unable to offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service. UK orders processed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday in most cases.
European orders take between 1 and 4 working weeks. International orders outside Europe,can take up to six weeks for delivery.

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to you and signed for at the specified delivery address, Monstercolors cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items.

Delivery charge is dependent on the weight of the box of products ordered. We send all spray paint by specialist courier.
For Overseas and European orders delivery charges apply to ALL items sold on the website. Shipping charges are dependent upon (Royal Mail) weight and location. (NO PAINT WILL BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UK MAINLAND).
Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

We will refund the money you have paid from your credit card minus the small admin fee of £5.00 to cover the cost that we incurred from World Pay for processing your order.
