We want you to love your finish. If something isn't right, here is how we fix it:

✅ Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

  • Items must be unopened and unused in original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Custom-mixed or made-to-order paints (unless faulty).

📦 How to Start a Return Email info@monstercolors.com with your Order # and the items you wish to return. We respond within 1–2 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Refunds

  • Faulty Items: We cover return postage + full refund or replacement.

  • Change of Mind: Buyer covers tracked return shipping.

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment within 7–10 business days.

🔒 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-mixed paints, opened tins/aerosols, and gift cards.
