How quickly will my order arrive?

UK Mainland standard free shipping orders are usually sent out within 1- 2 working days and can take 3-5 days for delivery; on some special occasions, it can take longer, but that's the exception to the rule. We highly recommend that if your paint order has NOT arrived with in 3-4 working days of receiving your dispatched email you should phone our sales staff immediately on: +44 (0) 7305434822, or email our team at info@monstercolors.com.

We offer a next day and Saturday delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1pm in order to receive next day. Standard UK orders processed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday in most cases.

European orders generally are delivered within 4 days; however this varies from country to country. International orders outside Europe can take up to six weeks for delivery.

Please note our couriers do not collect on bank holidays therefore orders placed during this time will take longer to be delivered.

Express deliveries are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm in some cases (holidays, busy periods) they may be dispatched the following day. This again is the exception to the rule.

What courier do you use? We in the main use DPD Couriers; however, for certain products and certain regions, we may also use APC Courier or MYHEREMES Courier, all our parcels are fully tracked and a signature is required unless stated by you, the customer that a signature is not required.
