UK Shipping Policy At MonsterColors®, we prioritize fast, secure, and fully tracked shipping.

Standard UK Mainland: Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery in 3–5 working days.

Next Day & Saturday Delivery: Order by 1 PM (UK Mainland only) for priority handling.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays are typically dispatched the following Monday.

Tracking: We primarily use DPD, APC, and Evri. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. We recommend downloading the DPD or Evri app for live updates and rescheduling options.
Returns & Refunds

30-Day Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in original condition. We cannot accept returns for paint cans that have been opened or used.

How to Return: Email info@monstercolors.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
