Our Premiere 1K Wood Varnish provides a long-lasting, UV-resistant finish suitable for both interior and exterior projects. Whether you are refreshing furniture or sealing high-traffic flooring, this fast-drying formula ensures a durable, professional result every time.

Application Guide
1. Surface Preparation
Cleaning: Remove all dust, grease, wax, and previous loose coatings.

Sanding: Lightly sand the wood surface with 240-320 grit sandpaper to ensure optimal adhesion. Wipe away all sanding dust with a tack cloth or clean, dry rag.

Moisture Check: Ensure the wood moisture content is below 15% before application.

2. Application Process
Conditioning: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after hearing the mixing ball move.

Temperature: Apply in temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid application in direct, harsh sunlight.

Spraying Technique:

Hold the can approximately 20–25cm from the surface.

Utilize the Fan Spray nozzle by keeping the movement smooth and continuous, overlapping each pass by 50% to ensure an even finish.

Apply thin, even coats rather than one heavy, thick layer.

3. Curing and Maintenance
Layering: Allow 1 hour between coats. Two coats are recommended for high-traffic areas.

Full Cure: Allow 24 hours for the finish to reach full hardness before placing heavy items on the surface.

Cleaning: Invert the can and spray for 2-3 seconds after use to clear the nozzle.
