King's Army Industrial Paint 400ml + Clear Coat Matt Lacquer 400ml

King's Army Industrial Paint is a unique single-coat finish with outstanding early water resistance, allowing items to be painted and cured outside in inclement conditions. It can be applied directly over bare metal and most other surfaces and allows painted structures to be exposed to extreme weather conditions within half an hour, without rain spotting, surface blooming or any loss of film performance. King's Army Industrial Paint is a formulation that effectively changes the rules of industrial finishing, since it dispenses with the need for heated or forced curing. This paint formula was inspired by the need for an underwater marine finishing system.

Kings Army Industrial Paint is an ultra-high solids, quick drying coating containing high levels of anti-corrosive pigment, & offers outstanding early moisture resistance, with no loss of performance under highly adverse weather conditions, and will actually dry under water.

Each 400ML can comes with a colour-coded label & a precision spray cap actuator.

King's Army Industrial Paint: Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, and rust. For best results, degrease the area thoroughly using a panel wipe or solvent cleaner.

2. Priming Requirements
King’s Army Industrial Paint is self-priming and designed for direct application to most surfaces including wood and previously painted items. However, for non-ferrous metals such as Aluminium, Brass, Copper, or Galvanised Steel, we strongly recommend the use of our Etch Primer to ensure a permanent bond. While a primer is not strictly necessary for every job, its use will always produce a more durable, professional finish.

3. Preparation & Shaking
Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball begins to rattle. This is critical for industrial Alkyd paints to ensure the high-solid matte pigments are fully agitated for a consistent finish.

4. Application Technique
Hold the can 20–30cm from the surface. Apply 2–3 thin, even coats rather than one heavy coat. The unique fan-spray actuator provides a professional spray-gun pattern; use a 50% overlap on each pass for even coverage.

5. Drying Times

Flash Off: 10–15 minutes between coats.

Weatherproof: Structure can be exposed to rain/harsh conditions after 30 minutes.

Touch Dry: 20–30 minutes.

Hard Dry: 24 hours (full cure).

6. After Use
To prevent nozzle blockages, turn the can upside down and spray for 2 seconds until only clear gas emerges. This clears the valve for future use.

How to use: Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Shake the can for 2 minutes before use to ensure uniformity. Apply with an even motion, from a distance of 20? 25 cm.Coverage:400ml aerosol, which will cover around 4-6 square feet. (Estimation)
