Technical Data & Performance

Our PVC coating is a specialist, high-flexibility resin system engineered to bond permanently with plastics and vinyl without cracking or peeling.

Product Type: Flexible Vinyl-Acrylic Hybrid.

Finish: Matte | Gloss.

Container Size: 400ml Aerosol.

Flexibility: High-Elasticity (designed to move with the substrate).

Coverage: Approximately 1.5m² per can.

UV Resistance: High (protected against sunlight degradation and yellowing).

Adhesion: Direct-to-substrate bonding for PVC, Vinyl, and most rigid or semi-rigid plastics.

Drying & Curing Times:

Touch Dry: 15–20 minutes.

Overcoat Window: 10–15 minutes between light coats.

Full Chemical Bond: 24 hours at room temperature.

⚠️ Suitability Note: This product is not suitable for rubber, soft silicone, or highly oily plastics. Always perform a small compatibility test on an inconspicuous area before full application.
