The definitive maritime tactical set. The King's Army Navy Battle Pack is a curated collection of four professional-grade industrial aerosols, engineered for authentic naval finishes and extreme environmental protection.

Inspired by the rigorous demands of underwater marine finishing systems, this formula effectively rewrites the rules of industrial coating. It is an ultra-high solids, thixotropic coating that delivers a heavy-duty film thickness of 150 microns in a single pass—without runs or defects.

This 4-Can Battle Pack Includes:

  • Royal Blue

  • Light Aircraft Grey

  • Steel

  • Flat White

Key Features:

  • Marine-Grade Durability: High levels of anti-corrosive pigments provide a rust-resistant barrier that will actually dry under water.

  • Extreme Weather Performance: Outstanding early moisture resistance allows you to paint in inclement conditions; the surface is rain-ready within 30 minutes with no rain spotting or blooming.

  • Heavy-Build Finish: Achieves a professional 150-micron thickness without the need for heated or forced curing.

  • Precision Application: Each can features our unique fan-spray actuator for a consistent, wide-mist pattern similar to a professional spray gun.

Note: For surfaces in constant contact with fuel, we recommend our Military 1K Cellulose Paint range.

King's Army Industrial Paint: Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, and rust. For best results, degrease the area thoroughly using a panel wipe or solvent cleaner.

2. Priming Requirements
King’s Army Industrial Paint is self-priming and designed for direct application to most surfaces including wood and previously painted items. However, for non-ferrous metals such as Aluminium, Brass, Copper, or Galvanised Steel, we strongly recommend the use of our Etch Primer to ensure a permanent bond. While a primer is not strictly necessary for every job, its use will always produce a more durable, professional finish.

3. Preparation & Shaking
Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball begins to rattle. This is critical for industrial Alkyd paints to ensure the high-solid matte pigments are fully agitated for a consistent finish.

4. Application Technique
Hold the can 20–30cm from the surface. Apply 2–3 thin, even coats rather than one heavy coat. The unique fan-spray actuator provides a professional spray-gun pattern; use a 50% overlap on each pass for even coverage.

5. Drying Times

Flash Off: 10–15 minutes between coats.

Weatherproof: Structure can be exposed to rain/harsh conditions after 30 minutes.

Touch Dry: 20–30 minutes.

Hard Dry: 24 hours (full cure).

6. After Use
To prevent nozzle blockages, turn the can upside down and spray for 2 seconds until only clear gas emerges. This clears the valve for future use.
